Acceptable Use Policy

1. The LegWork discussion board shall not be used as a platform for marketing by LegWorkers. Posting trade leads, advertisements, promotional offers, products and company profiles are not allowed.
2. LegWork shall not be liable for the usefulness, accuracy and veracity of claims contained in postings by LegWorkers on the discussion boards. LegWorkers are responsible for all the content they post.
3. LegWorkers understand that by using the LegWork discussion board, they may be exposed to distasteful, rude or objectionable content. LegWork reserves the right to delete or edit such postings without prior notice and as well monitor the postings of LegWorkers who breach the acceptable use pliicy by posting objectionable content.
4. Posting of unlawful, dangerous, rude, obscene, racial, sexually explicit, horrible, libelous and other objectionable materials on rikkyb.com, is a breach of our acceptable use pliicy and may lead to restriction of ability to post messages on the LegWork discussion board.
5. Impersonation; misrepresentation of affiliation with other LegWorkers; disguising the origin of any content and the collection and storage of the personal data of LegWorkers, also constitute breach of our acceptable use pliicy and may lead to restriction of ability to post messages on the LegWork discussion board.
6. LegWorkers grant rikkyb.com, a free inclusive and irrevocable permission (including the right to sub-license through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display any uploaded content (in whlie or part) and/or to incorporate such content in other works in any form, media or technliogy now known or developed.
